Grain Coat Notes publishes guides and takes no enquiries, which this page exists to say plainly.

Corrections

Content is revised when it goes out of date. A page nobody has revisited in three years is a liability, not an archive.

Not a Contractor

This section describes house painting work as it is done in Carlsbad, CA. Hiring somebody is a separate matter the reader arranges directly with a local firm.

Hiring Well

For finding a contractor, the reliable approach has not changed. Verify licensing and insurance directly with the issuing body, get at least three written quotes, and ask each firm for recent local work you can look at.
